Organizational Structure

The Office is currently structured into two primary functional units:

A. Industrial Affairs Unit

Responsible for:

• Oversight of trade union elections and polls.
• Ministerial Poll applications.
• Constitutional compliance and amendments.
• Monitoring of industrial agreements.

B. Compliance and Statistical Affairs Unit

Responsible for:

• Review and filing of Annual Returns and Financial Reports.
• Compilation and publication of trade union statistics.
• Trade Union compliance.
• Management of the trade union registry.
• Technical data management.
