Mrs. Yolantha Ward-Yallop

Mrs. Ward-Yallop currently serves as the Registrar of Trade Unions. An attorney called to the Bar in 2005, she holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Employment Relations and has extensive experience in both labour law and industrial relations policy. Prior to her appointment, she served as Chief Counsel to the Bahamas Industrial Tribunal and Assistant Director of Labour, where she advised on complex labour and union matters.
As Registrar, Mrs. Ward-Yallop has plans to modernize the Office through the development of a digital case management system, introducing structured annual reporting, and enhancing accountability frameworks across trade unions. She is committed to transparency
